When performing a session on another person you need only an intention combined with a symbolizing action. The symbolizing action should be something that reflects the amount of energy you’re investing in the intention — e.g., putting your hands over the person you’re intending to heal. It doesn’t need to be a big gesture, but it should be something that will help you stay focused and avoid distractions.
